Hello Rosie Slice
- 100 g melted butter
- 250 g crushed malt biscuits
- 2 c walnut pieces roughly chopped and lightly toasted
- 1 1/2 c dark chocolate buttons, chopped
- 1 dried apricots
- 3 c long thread coconut
- 500 g condensed milk
Preheat the oven to 160 and lightly grease a slice tin and line it with baking paper. Combine the butter and biscuit crumbs and press into the tin. Mix the remaining ingredients and lightly press over the base. Bake for about 30 mins or until just browned.
