Roasted Plums
- 16 large plums (halved and stones removed)
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- Grated zest and juice of 2 oranges
- 2 tbsp Grand Marnier or similar liqueur
Preheat the oven to 200 C and place the plums cut side up in a roasting dish and sprinkle with the other ingredients. Roast the plums until softened (about 20-30 mins depending on the size or the plums and the ripeness)
