Berry Square
- 2 sheets sweet puff pastry
- 210 g softened cream cheese
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/3 c raw sugar
Preheat the oven to 200C. Cut each sheet of pastry into 8 squares. Spread each square with a tablespoon of cream cheese and top with a large teaspoon of berries. Sprinkle with raw sugar and bake for 12 mins until puffed and golden. Dust with icing sugar and serve with icecream or custard for a quick easy dessert.
