Sangria
- 2 c orange juice
½ c lemon juice
4 tbsp Caster Sugar
2 lemons and 2 oranges thinly sliced
1 bottle of red wine (it doesn’t need to be an expensive one)
1 L bottle of Soda Water
- Disolve the sugar in a large jug with the citrus juices. Add in the red wine and soda and adjust the sweetness to taste. Serve with extra sliced fruit, mint leaves, lots of ice and sunshine!
