Sashiko Fabric - Seigaiha/ Wave Design

There are many variations of seigaiha – the ubiquitous Japanese wave design that consists of overlapping arches. Turn it upside down and you have fish or dragon scales. Add an extra line or two and you have rainbows. It’s pretty versatile and adaptable.

Olympus Stencilled Sashiko Fabric is a superior quality cotton available mulitple different printed designs and two colour ways (Navy & Ecru).

Please note: Only wash the stencilled fabric in warm soapy water to remove the lines once all sashiko work is complete.
Sashiko work can add a unique decorative finish to many craft projects including cushions bags quilts & garments.
