Of a Feather was inspired by the indigenous Otomi people, their multicolored textiles, oversized patterns, and whimsical layouts. Working from a parchment background, this quilt comes to life with multilayered wool appliqué and dimensional embroidery and takes on a modern feel with its bright, bold color palette. Sue provides detailed instructions, clear pattern, and stitch diagrams, as well as the opportunity to learn new techniques.
